Hello friends far and wide!

I forgot that today is the "Taco Tuesday " at our church. I had bought some tomatoes but didn't make it to church also bought -yes (sheepish face) some cupcakes and took them over for the bake sale. They still needed help in the kitchen so I also signed up for an hour there.

I had a terrible time getting to sleep and have developed a headache so I'm lying down with Tootie for a while.

@walkonby , your cross-stitch sounds terrific! You are steaming along with it!

@Lynn49 , I am glad you had a chance to at least catch some fresh air with her royal highness!

Speaking of herbs, I just saw an online course for Herbalist that is way cheap and it's something I have had a long interest in. It's on Groupon. I just might give it a try.....since I have nothing else to do.....HA!😅

@avoncallingu , I had seen that "course" a while back and considered it just as a good source for information. It was, iirc, under $10! Seems like it would be fun!

Got my results from the doctor. Apparently it’s anxiety, depression and all in my head lol. All indications are anxiety and possibly depression. All tests were fine. Cholesterol, iron, etc all fine. Kidneys and liver are fine. No indication of diabetes but just a little low on b12 and ekg was fine. Gave me a prescription for a medication for anxiety and depression which I already got filled and he faxed a referral for a physiatrist at the hospital. He says there are only 2 in the city so it will take them a while to get in touch with me. Wants me to return in 2 months to see how I’m doing. He said the medication takes 4-6 weeks to work. The reason for the mental health referral is because I hear bangs in my head when I try to sleep and always think people are watching and judging me. Plus I have a nightly scenario in my head that I go to a party and people say, what are you doing here, you weren’t invited.

Oh, goodness, @cabmonk , those must be very concerning for you. I hope the medication can calm your anxiety and relax you so that there are no more nightmares and noises.

Dang it, no matter what I try lately, this tablet won't let me properly type Dan's nor Patty's names on here. So strange, because everyone else's works fine; I guess it's the two names that confuses this thing.

Thanks guys, I’m definitely going to keep up with everything I’m doing. Happy that all the tests showed I was fine on those more physical things. I’m surprised about my cholesterol but maybe it’s good because of my recent diet.

...because "Dan" and "Patty" are so similar in spelling that the Tablet just gets confused!
