Good morning !! It's an early Friday start for me. Hopefully after physio I won't be tempted to hit any shops to " browse " because that is when the trouble starts. Grocery top ups were done yesterday, so really there is no good reason to be out there looking. There! I have convinced myself not to do it.
Yesterday at WM I was just trying to pick up some wet food for Rufus as we are trying to fatten him up some ( he is skin and bones atm ) and what a score! There were boxes of this new-ish food ( Vita Life natural ) and it was on clearance



They had 6 x 283 gram portions in a box for $6.49 and 3 x 100 gram portions for $1.92....yup! I bought 'em! So far he likes the one I offered him.

That's an interesting 'buy' you got there...and it's a good quality food, made in Canada, would you believe?! Something actually Canadian made!
I'll ask DH to drop in there after his day at the senior's centre, perhaps they have the same deal; it would be so much easier for the days we're at camp instead of making up portions of food...she'll still have her Wellness kibble, also.

TGIF - sheesh, month is almost gone!

Nurse came this morning, cleaned my leg and YIPEEE, the scab came off easily and under it was well healed, so she put on a compression stocking for me - so I will have a nekkid leg for the night! It's freedom, like having to not wear a winter boot 24/7.

No sleep last night, grrr, but I managed an hour before lunch. Would like to get in another hour - these days I take sleep at whatever time of day or night it comes. I have tried all kinds of ways to set up a schedule, nothing works.

Made it to the mall for a walk as a gazillion degrees below zero windchill.Forgot that teachers were out today so mall quite busy.
