Just finished grilling up 10lbs of chicken breasts. What to do with them is another question. Kevin made tacos with about 2 lbs of them. LOL

sprinkled with some cheese and a dollop of sour cream, mmmm.

Do any of you gals add cocoa powder to your chili? Oh my....it makes it so....something something....richer, deepens the flavour....try a little in your bowl one day...!
To a big dutch oven type pot, we add about a 1/2C of cocoa.
Nuts, eh? But so good!!!

You could just freeze batches of them, Patty, so that they're ready for dinner when you are!
I enjoy making "Agnes's Last Stand" (which is normally for left-over turkey) with chicken....
Sliced chicken in a casserole dish, topped with chopped broccoli (or asparagus, etc), then a sauce is made up with a couple of cans of cream of chicken and/or cream of celery soups, a couple of tsps of worcestershire sauce, poured over the chicken and veggies, then topped off with prepared packaged stuffing mix (made up as directed) plopped all over it , then topped up with a can of French's Onions, and baked until bubbly.
Mmmm...very niiice....!
