Day 17: Sweet potato chili using the receipe by Michael Symon from the Chew. It was soooooo good. I used ground pork instead of beef and bone broth (great for your joints)

Late supper about nine, takeout from Pizza 73: med pizza, 12 butterflied shrimp meal, 10 crispy wings, curly fries, onion rings. Curly fries were free from doing survey after last order.
Plenty of food left for tomorrow''s supper. (Hmm it wouldn't let me use a proper apostrophe...)

Last night was spaghetti squash with tomato sauce added some chicken, shrimp and spinach.
Tonight is Asian inspired. So far I have beef bulgogi and sweet soya chicken thighs marinating.
Will add a stir fry (crisper clean out) and some plain rice.

not sure what these " things " are that I baked up, but a nice snack at least!
A Puff pastry sheet that I spread sauce, grated cheese, fine diced broccoli and a shake of chili powder onto, then rolled up jelly roll style, cut into pieces and baked.
Also did a sweet one by spreading a cooked filling onto the pastry of dates, cranberries, iced tea, brown sugar, lemon juice and baking soda. Shoved some whole pecans onto the top of each pinwheel roll and baked.
I may not make dinner now....lol!!!

Nice again out so we decided to do bbq back ribs and foil wrapped potatoes.
I stopped at the dollar store on the way home and picked up a few empty large spice shaker containers and made a large batch of rub so I don't have to make it every time we are doing ribs
