What's For Dinner?

We had turkey breast done in the pressure cooker, along with gravy, mashed garlic red potatoes and steamed carrots,cauliflower and snap peas. I’m so full but looking forward to a dish of homemade pineapple ice cream later on.

Last night was Pasta with Meat Sauce and a Garlic Bun

Tonight I am not sure yet, thinking marinated Chicken or Pork (which ever one I find first in the freezer) with roasted potatoes and mixed veggies but we will see how my energy level is when I get home.

Going to do a box of a box of those garlic shrimp that are on sale at RCSS (will make a dipping sauce for them) and do some more of the sliders that are on sale as well

Hamburgers on the BBQ with a caesar salad. Pound cake for dessert.

Diet Pepsi and dessert was butterscotch ice cream with Carmel and nuts ..sooo yummy 😋

A busy day, hike and brunch with friends, then we had volunteer work this afternoon. Dh is at a meeting until about 8:00, and I’m making a charcuterie platter to have when he gets home.
