Mustard-brown sugar glazed whole black forest ham with scalloped potatoes - my kids are circling the kitchen asking when its ready.

Mediterranean Sautee Sensations with added broccoli, water chesnuts, edamae beans and goat cheese on top that melted in and made a creamy sauce DH liked it so I'm happy

Lemon Dill seasoned chicken breast cooked with sweet onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, then I cooked some jasmine rice and spinach

I'm going to try a Rachael Ray recipe - Lazy Baked Greek Chicken. I've never tried one of her recipes before but it looks pretty easy and good!
