i went camping over the weekend and it was "cornfest" so i ate alot of corn and some smokies...camping food...tonight i cooked chicken burgers and had scalloped taters and roasted carrots with dill

Tonights its veggie tortilla pizza ( tomatoe or pesto sauce, mushrooms, roasted peppers, onions and toped with daiya cheese) and a spring mix salad with roasted beets Mmmm

going to a bbq, but im making my homemade potato salad with asiago cheese (mmm) and i happen to be cooking myself some homemade chow mein right now to bring because i dont eat meat. (so i have decided to feed myself- it is a very casual bbq lmao)

krysta, add some cream sauce to that dill and potatoes, and I'll eat a potful. We call them "Ukrainian" potatoes here.

We had Jane's pub style chicken strips (a little spicey for me, but I could eat four!), oven fries, and a lovely salad full of every veggie in the fridge.
