We had our DS#1 drop in for a quick lunch before the movie today, counts as my dinner I am afraid. BBQ Mama Sita's seasoned chicken thighs roasted. Fully cooked ham, sliced up, mashed taters, sweet potato fries, steamed beans/carrots, GF pancakes, fresh melon and clementine sections, and my first try at GF cornbread served with canned Stagg Chili ( I wanna hurl but my other DS loves this stuff) Something for everyone.

Tonight was ground beef hash over mashed potatoes, so yummy, so easy and takes me back to my childhood, my grandparents used to make it all the time.

DH cooked tonight. Spiral noodles with chicken breast, fresh sugar snap peas, yellow onion, red wine vinegar, roasted garlic cream cheese (99c), and milk. It was tasty.

Last night husband fried pork chops; I made roasted potatoes and onions, and marinated veggies - onions, cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli.
Tonight will be rib soup - with barley, rice, potato, variety of veggies.

A bit of a veggie rice casserole. Took a can of mushroom soup added some spices and cook down into a sauce. Cooked some frozen veggies in another pan covered in mushroom sauce and than added some left over cooked rice from the fridge.
Normally make this with chicken instead of veggies, gotta say it is a great alternative for a veggie meal. Ended up with 3x more veggies than rice.
Next week I will try making butter chicken added veggies instead of chicken.
