Tonight will be very easy sandwich with a side salad of veggies and rolo ice cream.It is to hot for the meal I wanted to do in the oven,will do this tomorrow,and I still have tons of things to do so a quick fast supper

Only me and my husband tonight, so we'll graze the fridge for leftovers.

had a weird supper..lol..I made my own pork schnitzel which turned out really good, and I really like potatoes & rutabaga boiled together and then mashed with sour cream & black pepper so I made that ....and then last week I made some homemade baked beans with some of the maple syrup I bought there awhile ago and froze some containers so I took out a container to go with it--LOL

Last night was homemade club house sandwiches with homemade poutine.

Tonight was hot dogs with chips and dips, mom is sick so skipped dinner and by the end of the day standing was a bit hard so I need something super easy and quick.

Since I had a blow out with my back last week and I am working tomorrow I played the "I'm too sore to cook tonight dear" card


So Nandos it was with our entertainment coupon of course. Tonight will be a veggie pasta sauce with turkey meatballs and rigatoni.

I'm off to the states for some shopping so the next few days will consist of something done with angus ground beef, ground turkey and whatever else is on sale

Those look really tasty! Unfortunately not on my diet plan at the moment. I bet that would work great with parchment paper too (I always have that in).
