I made roast beef with mashed potatoes, carrots, and yorkshire pudding. Tonight will be some good ole sinus clearing veggie curry.

Made a good ol' pot of stew last night...used lots of veggies that are from our garden. Now that it is getting cooler, I feel like cooking comfort foods.

Just put a roast in the crockpot with a bunch of carrots and potato's so all I have to do is make gravy when I wake up and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Tonight is stuffed peppers (insides include rice, beef and other things for the husband. Tofu, rice and veggies for the vegetarian 6 year old. Chicken and veggies for the 3 year old that can't eat anything good due to allergies). Maybe a salad with it...I'm not sure I feel that motivated today.
