What's For Dinner?

Tonight I'll make a ground beast thingee with onions, mushrooms, and whatever veggies I can find, in a mushroom sauce to go with leftover smashed potatoes.

Making a Thai chicken cashew salad with the leftovers from our roast chicken dinner last nigh!!

quinoa with roasted cauliflower, broccoli chick peas and a creamy cashew and lemon sauce
on the side I will make sauteed kale and garlic

Right now I'm having a late lunch/early dinner. Pizza pizza's $4.99 walk in special med pepperoni pizza. Also 1 hot baked apple pie for $1.00 lol.

well I did end up making a GF pasta thing yesterday pouring the Classico white sauce over, but put Marc Angelo mild Italian sausages ( sliced them up), instead of chicken. DH and I were so shocked at how delicious it was for dinner last night...then we realized we were eating it while sharing 3/4 bottle of Shirazz ( red wine).

I like those marc Angelo products. I really like their pork burgers so tasty.

cabmonk, I couldn't agree more! Marc Angelo makes it very tough for me to consider the whole vegetarian thing. We used to get the pork meatballs for our pasta, but I have cut back quite a bit....the sausages are a must though, lol
