I made braised pork ribs and steamed rice last night. Didn't get a chance to take a pic, family devoured it quick time! I got the ribs from Fresh Co at $1.97/lb, picked the smallest ones so I could cut them up into pieces and fit them into my Instant Pot. Soy sauce, lots of garlic, s&p, splash of malt vinegar, dried rosemary and thyme, and a dash of red chili flakes.

i'm marinating a steak in some teriyaki sauce to cut up and stir fry with peppers, onions and broccoli. serve over left over white rice from last night. i'll throw some spring rolls in the oven and I think i'll order a couple wonton soups (since the kids will really only eat soup and maybe a bit of rice)
When life hands you lemons, make a lemon pie... lemonade will be all like WTH?!?

Left over meat loaf, mashed potato bake and leftover roasted broccoli and cauliflower. Pretty good dinner for not wanting to cook and being on my own for dinner.

after many repeated requests from DH I broke out the deep fryer (I don't like using that thing) and made Fish & Chips. It turned out really good, I used cod from NFLD and made a beer batter for the fish. And made my own tartar sauce (celery salt the secret ingredient!) and chocolate brownie cheesecake for dessert.

I had a busy work night, so it was just KD with carrot sticks. Haven't had KD in ages, as I've been dieting for quite awhile. I have to fall off the wagon every now and then and this time it was KD.

Burgers here too. Last time I grilled burgers, I cooked some extra ones and froze them. That's one thing that DS thinks I do right in the cooking department, he LOVES my burgers.

At work today, a restaurant in the building advertised a pasta with bacon, onion and goat cheese. That sounded darned tasty! It was $10,95, so I did not indulge. Might have to try one of these recipes for caramelizing onions for hours in the oven and combining with bacon and goat cheese with pasta! *drool*
