    Sounds dreamy!

I'd be your worst nightmare kind of guy.... if you have a stockpile that big, I'd alwys be rearranging it and taking things from it. That would be an incurable habit of mine.

Well I gotta admit a guy even knowing what a stockpile is, is impressive I think I am more worried about showing a guy my stockpile vs having him meet my parents (which trust me is not easy).

Last night's dinner was shredded roast beef in gravy over smashed garlic potatoes.

Not bad considering I had no plan for dinner as I really have not been eating a lot lately and since I was on my own for dinner figured I would skip it or just have a pieces of toast. Than my silly tummy had to go and be hungry so I had to work on the fly since everything was frozen.

Re: last night's slow cooker meal I was worried about - ended up I found a packet of Club House gravy mix, and that saved the day - pulled it all together and it was yummy. There was less steak than I thought, so it was pretty much just a potato and veggie dish, so husband ate leftover chicken with it, and I had a salad.

Tonight, leftovers of that potato dish, along with weiners and onions, plus potato salad to finish up.
Very odd combo, but it's what it is since that's the only meat in the fridge's freezer section.
Time to get all the boxes moved off the big freezer so I can get in there!

I'm not sure if I will make it today, but I am going to make home made corn chowder some time this week. Ingredients: bacon, potatoes, celery, onion, (water to cook it in) cream corn, milk.
