I just did a one egg spinach and cheese omelet with two pieces of chicken bacon since technically I wasn't hungry...Lunch I went to the great schnitzel place around the corner from work and had a schnitzel sandwich (this thing is huge and usually feeds me for two meals but I was starving and thought at the time I could do it all...I was stuffed after) and to top it all off I noticed a sign that said german cheesecake and just had to have some! Oh man it was soooo good...It tasted a bit like stollen but in cheesecake form. I could seriously eat here every day since it's super cheap and the portions are huge. I really want to try their $9.99 dinners that come with potato salad and saurkraut maybe next time...but I've seen the dinner portions and swear it could feed 3-4 people LOL!

Last night we had boiled perogies with fried bacon and onions with some leftover boiled veggies, sour cream and a glass of milk.
For lunch today I am making something that I have not had in a few years. I am making my apple and bacon salad.
Ingredients: chopped apple, chopped bacon, some small cubes of marble cheese with my home made smokie salad dressing.
Supper tonight might be chicken breasts in my homemade fruit sauce with rice and maybe some marinated vegetable salad.Last edited by Angela273; Fri, Nov 29th, 2013 at 12:33 PM. Reason: forgot something

I just took out smokies out of the freezer, so we'll have that along with fried cabbage, bacon, onion mixture and perogies. Thank god for the elliptical -- I just need use more often, LOL!

Momof3girlies.. yes.. I take 3-4 chicken breasts (usually frozen) cover with one can of cream of mushroom soup, then in stove top stuffing (that has been mixed with appr. 1-2 cups of boiling water) let it sit and 'fluff'. than cover it all.
I may actually reverse it next time see if it all sticks properly.
tonite. prolly pork chops.

I typically do not cook from a recipe, I usually cook from memory and by taste. I made the dressing this morning with jar salad dressing (like mayo), corn syrup, bit of onion powder, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix it up and adjust to taste. I make a similar dressing to use as a dip for sweet potato fries and I add some yellow mustard to that and sometimes add some garlic powder to it too. I hope you like it.
