If it goes well I'll let you know. If it doesn't go well, we'll forget I even mentioned the turkey lol.

I saw online if you cook from frozen to remove the giblets at the 2 hour mark if giblets are in a plastic bag. The big boss fryer cooks the turkey a bit faster so I will see about removing the bag after about an hour or so.

Thanks, I realize it probably does have the giblets. I was wondering if I could cook it for a bit till a little thawed out and manage to take it out. Then keep cooking it.
