I am on Naproxen and Hydrocodone and still in agonizing pain. Oh, the joy of being a woman. It's been several days now and can't take it anymore.
About the wedding discussion here, I just remember reading an article about it recently...basically the author said putting away say 30k to invest in future house purchase makes more sense than having a lavish wedding...and some people actually getting a loan to have a wedding.

When someone has regular coupons that you need, and then they send you a next to impossible wishlist, lmao.

I developed awful pain when aunt flo visited ,and my former doctor wouldn't listen to me-and basically charted what a whiner I was(I got copies of my file)so it was 10+ years of hell.Ended up fainting in the middle of the night-new MD sent me to an Ob/Gyn.Turns out I have Fibroids and they were too big to remove by then.Hope you've seen a good gynecologist and get some help other than pills. That level of pain isn't normal.

Decaf - hope you are able to find some relief! I, too, get horrid pain, but it's because of my PCOS. I take naproxen and sometimes T3s - they help with the gynie pain, but I also get awful lower back pain - and thankfully my wonderful husband massages me and it's absolutely the best medicine for that.
Have some chocolate and some cheezies! (works for me sometimes..)

I always have pain every month and usually just take care of it with OTC pain killer (still in pain with med but functional). Since the past few months, the pain level is so unbearable even with all the meds I am taking around the clock. I am praying for a cyanide pill. Gotta find out what causing this.
