Good morning!
It does get quieter here in the summer, doesn't it? Mostly check-ins, then off to enjoy these days we've waited far too long to enjoy.
The only excitements around here are federal politics.
Enjoy your beautiful days, everyone. They're a lot more comfortable than those humid +30s we had earlier.

Today is horrible and humid. I can't breathe!
Tootie's visit went well with- just old age warty things. Whew!
My dental appointment went well 2 days ago. Just been re-advised to wear my night guard. It tastes yucky to me.
Next - eye appointment tomorrow. All these "lockdown" missed appointments are coming back fast and furious. Next week, foot appointment.
The Geek Squad has done it's thing and so I am going to try to work on my upcoming wedding this afternoon.
It's Bones recording day, but it seems like I have recently seen these ones. I don't mind watching twice.
I am enjoying "Unforgettable " which is a series about a female detective with a photographic memory.
It's Senior's Day at Shoppers and I do need some things, but my breathing issue is slowing me down today.
Had a frustrating Tenants' Association meeting this morning so I am recovering from that too.
I have Crave but don't see anything that I really want to watch. I actually would have to watch Netflix on my laptop, but it sounds like there's some good series being shown there.
Take care everyone! Enjoy your day.

@avoncallingu I am glad that Tootie 's visit was nothing to be concerned about. Our fur babies are so precious to us pet parents

Thanks, @flemeth . I'd be lost without her, even though she's not the "snuggly " type. She always likes to keep me in her sight and waits faithfully in her bed by the door when I go out even though she'd be more comfortable on the couch. I give her a sign which means "I will be back" and she jumps down and heads for the door to wait.
Today's weather was so odd- foggy then overly humid and then cool with a breeze.
I had a nap about 4-5:30 which regenerated me somewhat, but I have resisted going to Shopper's. Sometimes you don't have as much energy as you think you do.
Going to put on my later evening comfies and just do whatever comes to mind.
Hope everyone is as fine as they can be.
Take care!

At eye appointment- looks like "computer" glasses. Does that sound familiar to anyone? So very economical compared to the progressive lenses and frames I usually get.
Next to my BrotherB 's to get hugs before they all head off for a week.
Went grocery shopping this morning. Seems odd to be thinking, "Oh, that's a nice mask she's wearing."
We all have to wear masks in buildings outside our home.
They are having an ice cream truck come to our building this afternoon. Free icecream at a social distance.
I'll miss it but I don't eat a LOT of icecream because of the dairy.
Catch up with y'all later.

Good Morning! Just trying to wake up. My DH was with me in all my dreams last night. In my dream we were shopping in a fantabulous Christmas Store complex. But I didn't buy ANYTHING. There were other people with me too and they found things to buy.
@Lynn49 - have fun watching your Hallmark Christmas movies today! Christmas in July!
@Natalka - hoping you and yours are feeling ok. Maybe you could tell us about your kitty cat on Caturday.🐱
@Newfiescreech - have you found any wonderful sea glass lately. I'm picturing you in that beach-haven that you built.
@cabmonk - are you hanging around out there? How are you doing with this isolation? I heard the gyms are able to open now in Toronto.
Got to get my girlie out - have a terrific day!

Good morning!
Another beautiful day at camp....we had the family over for a steak dinner last evening, but since they golfed earlier, and I sat on the beach (tucked in under a big shady tree) watching our GS and his 2 friends diving for rocks. It was always fun to look up and not see him until he popped out of the water. Anyway, busy day and an early night for everyone.
Enjoy your day, everyone.....keep safe. I have a trailer-crawl to prepare for next weekend. Our theme is our favourite movie, Casablanca....so a Moroccan theme. Yikes! We'll hang back from the gang, we'll also have a long table below our deck so that no one congregated on our deck and I can pretty much stay up on the deck as everyone eats and drinks below.Last edited by Lynn49; Sat, Jul 25th, 2020 at 10:37 AM.
