There was a community i lived in avrew years ago that the secret code for the drug shipment being in town was such n such house has cherry coke n doritos for sale.
I totally thought they really were selling junk food after the grocery stores closed at 5. Was so shocked when someone who knew told me.

Good morning!
Well I don't know what happened, but this morning I woke up with tightness around my back (where one's elbows meets the sides...from there back towards my spine on both sides)...feels like muscle spasms, and when I tried to put the tv converter beside me on the sofa it was too painful to move! DH helped me to the computer chair so that I can sit still and upright without trying to hold myself, took a strong pain pill and hopefully things will unfurl and be normal again in a while. I put a load of laundry in downstairs and could hardly make it up the stairs! It hurts so much when I move my arms...he brought me a glass of water and I can barely reach for and lift it to take a sip!! Muscle spasms....not a good thing!!!
Other than that, the sun's out, birds are chirping out there somewhere, , but I doubt I'll be heading out there. If this pain pill won't work, there's always wine. I'm thinkin' it's a good muscle relxant, too! hahaha!!
I hope everyone is having a much better day than I am right now, stay well, stay safe, breathe in ever second of your Sunday!!!
I'm going with this.............

Oh, Lynn, I sure hope that eases up for you soon!
Home care nurse just left, well she was wonderful! I guess my legs are pretty bad, but she fixed me up and put on new Cobands. The owies are still leaking a lot, so she's going to recommend that someone comes tomorrow, to not wait until Tuesday.
And Vader the kitty reinforced my good feeling about this nurse, because she came out from under the bed while the nurse was still here! Only one other home care person has seen Vader, that was a PT.
Husband is at church, we'll have lunch when he gets home.
Milan will come over late aft to help me cook supper.
Gosh, my leg owies are hurting, so I gotta go before I start typing swears...
Enjoy the day, all!

Nat and Lynn- this is not good! Sending healing thoughts your way. I wouldn't recommend wine with a major pain pill or you may relax yourself TOO much.
I went to church this morning and made my announcement about how important it is to vote and get on the correct poll list, etc. I had a splitting headache but our congregation won't be together again until after the election as we have a special intercourse (I'm just going to leave that and thank autocorrect)sermon at a different church next week. (That's interchurch)
Then I took the girlie for a walk and came home to bed.
I have one week to get my second bedroom in shape to receive the furniture I have bought.
It's steaming hot and humid today. So THERE! Winter! I think we have kicked you down the line! (Sorry it landed in Newfoundland, though!)
Well, it's burgers tonight at my BrotherB's. So, see ya later!Last edited by avoncallingu; Sun, May 27th, 2018 at 04:36 PM.

Thank you, Natalka, Avon...I took 2 Robax Platinum (thanks aga, Nat!) and scurried around on here until I just had to lay down, I got so dizzy. I guess those things can really knock you out! Seems I slept for about an hour and a half, although it felt more like a half hour, and I was about 50% better, at least I could move around without nearly screaming. Nat, I did use some bad words before I napped. No wine, Avon, I know they don't mix with pills, but I'd sure like one now, but I'd rather have a Robax when I hit the sheets, so that's out.
Sweet dreams, everyone....Newfiescreech, I sure as heck hope that snow melts, and fast! Seems we may all be in for some heavy winds when that tropical depression over Florida makes its way up here.
G'night!

Hope it's a Good Morning for you all!
Not so here, it's been a tough night, barely got any sleep - a combo of leg wound pain and lower back pain. So sick of this all!
Milan came over in the late afternoon, do I did have some fuzzy and smiling time. He helped me make supper, and we had a good visit. He gave himself a summer haircut, a nice buzz, and he looks so cute!
You must remember that we are hours behind you easteners, so I will try and hope for a bit more sleep; I'm fuzzy in the head so def not ready to stay up!
It's supposed to get to 29 today, but then it will cool off for the rest of the week, thank goodness.
Take care, peeps!
