I was up so very early today, my stomach is feeling funky and has caused a jaunt to the bathroom aready. So not to sure about dinner tonight, I;ll have to think on that one. If anything I have some chicken soup in the freezer I made a bit ago, so that would be nice with a cuban sandwhich. How knows, that could be tonights meal, time, and my tummy will tell.

Chili and buttermilk biscuits for supper last night. It's one of the foods that's even better as leftovers, I think. I only had a small amount of ground beef, so I added a finely chopped rib steak...is it the Texans that use beef pieces in chili rather than ground beef? It was very good!

I've had a bad stomach bug since 2am Tuesday. The only thing that doesn't make me feel horrible is soup so that's what I'll be having.

Did you find that receipe in the new edition of Todays Parent? I was going to make it last week and totally read the receipe wrong and put shredded cheese in instead of parmeasan cheese...didn`t taste too bad! lol

Homemade fish and chips. I used cod, and the chips were actually McCain Superfries, but boy they are tasty when deep fried - good thing I don't do that too often!
