    Soup? Salad? Perhaps some bread?

Tonight I am making pork chops with leftover vegetable rice from last night. The boys can have some pasta instead with their dinner!

Last night was roasted potato wedges with garlic and Italian seasoning; stir-fry with ham, onions, carrots, celery, cauliflower and broccoli.
Dessert was the last of the birthday cake.

I can't believe I haven't posted here in so long. I haven't been making anything that exciting lately, it's been fairly warm so made some potato salad, and a coleslaw salad as well and have been picking from those for lunches and dinners the past few days, along with chicken or steaks. Yesterday I took dh to lunch at this amazing burger place that grinds ribeye steaks fresh each day and makes hamburgers out to it. They close when the last patty is sold, nothing fancy but be there before 12:30 or no lunch for you (most likely). Then, last night dh surprised me and took me out to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner. We both had the prime rib (which is one of the specialties there). It was amazing. We had it with a Cesar salad and a fully loaded baked sweet potato...yum

Tonight will be left over pork chops! Not making too much just mostly for the boys as we are going to the neighbours to watch Superbowl. I have been a bad girl the past few days eating Danish last night and drinking a Pepsi. Tonight I will likely be eating chilli and munchies with a few beverages! I will have to revamp my workouts for a few days!

I made bbq'd chicken wings, rice and veggies. Pudding parfait for dessert; it was a homemade pastry cream and a cooked Shirriff chocolate pudding.

Slowcooker Cashew Chicken and jasminr rice. First time making the chicken yesterday and it was genius! My brother (who only seems to eat chicken) said it was the best chicken he's ever had!
