    Mom is off today and said she wants some form of roasted meat so based on what is the freezer it will either be a Pork or Beef Roast which she will do with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and some sort of veggie.

    Saturday night we had a pork roast with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans.

    Last night we had Chicken parm with green beans and rice.

    Tonight he is making pasta with chicken and bacon.

    Looks like we're on the same wavelength Zonny.
    I'm doing zesty chicken in a balsamic ginger sauce in crock-pot. Going to serve it over slaw with a Thai dressing.
    I'm also making dog and cat food but I can't compete with Wolfie giving her dogs T-bones!! Lol
