Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas.
I used a meatloaf recipe I found on the back of farina (store brand cream of wheat) so we'll see how that goes.

Question: Why do they make reno's look so easy on t.v.? ha ha...I primed the outside of the cupboards today and the front part of the doors...it does look awesome already as everything is WHITE and so clean looking. Yesterday my slow cooker pork roast turned out good, although, I cooked on HIGH for about 5 hours+, the roast and potatoes were cooked but the turnip & carrots had a crunch..lol..but the taste on the roast was amazing..I saved some of the tomato liquid, so this evening I put shredded pork on soft tortillas with some of the tomatoes, onion, shredded cheese and wrapped in tinfoil and heated in the oven...soooo good!!

Baked McCain French Fries, with Chili on top, sour cream and shredded cheese. Oriental vegs. on the side. It was yummy. I bought lots of the 2.00 McCains Fries when on sale at No Frills. Still can't believe the big bags of these were that cheap.

Husband brought home my fave meal from my fave restauraunt for us all for my birthday - homemade amazing orzo soup, pork cutlets, skin-on fries; green and yellow beans, carrots - unfortunately, mostly barely cooked.
It was awesome!

I found haddock at the store for $5/lb. Baked it in garlic butter with thinly sliced lemon on top. Served with garlic mashed pot. and fresh broccoli. The dogs got the peeled broccoli stalks and I gave the cats each a little bit of the fish. All happy campers.

Honey Mustard Chicken, baked ziti and baked cauliflower. I think. If I'd lay off looking at Pinterest, I'd stop changing my mind

my aunt who had major cancer surgery a couple of weeks ago made it home this evening, so I cooked a bunch of food for them. I made lasagna, pepper steak, fried rice, honey garlic chicken wings, eggrolls, etc...and I made enough for myself so I have food in the fridge for the next couple of days, I had some of the lasagna this evening
..and there was a big container of meat sauce left so I put that in the freezer for nachos or spaghetti .. you should've seen my kitchen when I was done...hah! messy, messy(I didn't get any painting done on the cupboards today lol)
