You mentioned not having the proper pot to bake that bread in. I used a cast iron dutch oven that has a tight fitting lid, which is also made of cast iron. I read some of the comments below the video and people have used other things. Main thing is the handles or lids, they must be oven proof.
I hope you can make this bread, you do lots of baking and I guarantee the family will drool over the taste and texture of this one!

same with my DH and DS workplace, they are busier NOW than before this pandemic.
( they ship goods at his work ). I feel nervous with 3 of the 4 occupants in the home here going to work every day. UGH! I have not really hugged or high fived the kids for 2 weeks now. We pretend to do it from a distance...lol

my DH was in bed ( pitfalls of a shift worker ) which is why I record important games for him, but when Canada roared back and when the game finished like it did with a 5 on 3 PP for us!? OMG, I climbed the 2 flights up to the bedroom and woke him up with my breathless play by play! I am thrilled a kid born in T.O. ( Akil Thomas ) scored that 4th and winning goal for us!!!

Thank you! and in true comedic fashion we both went to have our eye exams and since he went on and on about he did not want or need anything for his b'day, i honoured that request but said he was getting new glasses for his birthday! Our microwave oven suddenly died in the morning, so right after the eyeglasses were paid for, we bought a new microwave ( Walmart ugh!!) and then he was able to heat his dinner the minute we set it up at home...how is THAT for a 66th birthday? ha ha

short on inside space? I hear ya on that. Our place is not built for entertaining....never was really. The largest crowds we've hosted were mainly family at Xmas/Easter/Thanksgiving ( dinners and chaos ensued ) In those days the kids were small and even then it was crowded! ha ha
