I wasn't rude but was getting frustrated because I had to tell him 4 times I had no kings, and he left and went somewhere else. But its not like I turned him away because we still had 10 rooms left,oh well..im off to bed in 20 mins.

Guy was a pain anyway...Came in and his resv had be screwed up and we had no kings left..He's like so you'll compensate us for that right..yeah for sure I'll give you a discount on room with 2 beds, no you don't understand by compensate I mean give us a king...Yes because we don't have kings I'll compensate you by giving you a king..

Nah its ok, but I did have a complaint through the head office that someone said I was rude last thurs..Oh well can not win them all.
