now here is where I get all confused. I thought soy was my answer for things like cheese, since I am dairy free from April, ( not diagnosed lactose intolerant, just felt 100% better not eating) but then I find out 90% of the soy is GMO ( genetically modified, bla bla bla) so then I read labels and look for soy free too. It is getting crazy and expensive. lol
