that is what we older folk, (ha ha) deal with on a regular basis winstar. At my work they give you a hard time about calling in sick, but for heavens sake can you imagine the way you feel right now and then try to wear a large satchel full of mail to deliver? Crazy. You simply have to get better that is all there is to it! lol

ok winstar, how about a tens machine? Do you have one of those? Even the Dr. Ho cheaper version things help. Beats popping medication all day.

I feel wonderful win, had physio and massage today, so all " unknotted " in my muscles.

Oh winstar, do you have access to a heating pad or a hot water bottle? I find that feels soooooo nice for a sore neck. Hope it improves.
