Yeah water should help and I try to drink lots of water every day..damn thing just crept up on me...I hadn't had any gout pain for almost 4 months so thought I was doing good..

Yup I am home now, listening to howard stern on satellite radio.

No coffee..I have had some soda but not recently..I have been drinking lots of real juice and black cherry juice which is supposed to be good for it. I like this juice that in 1 liter it has 6 1/2 banana's and 64 strawberries and mixed with some apple juice. I try to keep it under control but it keeps coming back..

Ahh not bad except I was in the emergency room yesterday bc of stupid gout in my foot. It only took an hour and a 1/2 and I got the prescription for the pain. pains gone now so Im good how are you doing...
