Actually not a bad night until right now when people don't know how to shut up at almost 2am. Calls off the hook for all kinds of things especially for things I have no control over at 2am. How come the channels are blurry. Well I think its the cable or something since even in the lobby its all blurry and snowy. Then he says no no its not the cable, well whatever you think it is or isn't its not going to be fixed at 2am sorry.

I stay logged in all the time even when im not around, so i don't want people to think I am here when I'm not. Just checked in 3 more rooms, now I still have 2 reservations left to check in. I think they might not check in so they will be charged as no show's. Btw sorry about the TMI.

I think they're afraid I will surf for . Yeah the air jazz guys just sign in, then I add their name and emp# to their reservation. Keys are usually already done for them.
