Aw, I love black kitties, they are not satanic at all!
Had a great sleep, it's been a while since that happened.
The night nurse made me toast with pb and jam around 11, because they didn't know what time the vampire would visit me this morning, and I had to be fasting.
She came to do my roomie's after seven, but not mine. Nurse went and grabbed her before she left the floor - she had no requisition for my blood work, and said she would come back tomorrow. Nurse said no, that I haven't eaten, so just get that req sorted out - so I finally had blood drawn before nine.
I will have more blood taken tomorrow - for a test which is only done on certain days. All the nurse knew was it had something to do with immunosuppression. (Wow, what a word to type out!)
So I had my tea, muffin and orange, washed up and I will prep for physio in a half hour, since the doc isn't around yet.
You are all such busy bees! I appreciate when you share your adventures!
Have a super Sunday!

@Natalka -are you to get those injections today?
Just back from church and running brotherR home. Have to go back at 5 to pick him up to go to BrotherB 's for supper.
The minister was a real hit! You could almost hear a giant sigh of relief after her sermon. Just what our congregation was looking for! Her 8ish year old daughter was there and her husband and grandma. Her parents regularly come to our church. The Food booth at the Elmira Maple Syrup festival made a gross of over $10,000. They had bought a new trailer van and still came out ahead by over $5,000.
I haven't heard anything more about my neighbour. Hoping that he is healing well from whatever took him to the hospital.
Well, going to sit down for 15 minutes and then try to get up again to do some more organizing and unpacking. (This may be a mistake.😊
Take care, everyone.

Hi, @Newfiescreech !!
Hahahaha....sooooo, I'm guessing you don't Christmas shop all year long?Like you, I want summer to come so we can all go back to camping, campfires, cozy evenings playing games...but we still have over a foot of snow on our yards here, so it looks more Christmas than spring!! I know what you're waiting for: walking on that beach of yours! And picking up beach glass which is just so beautiful! You're in such a wonderful location, Screech!! I don't blame you for wanting to breathe in that fresh sea air again without getting frostbite!
I hope you're having a lovely weekend now that the madness of all your paperwork is over and done for another year! You'll have to keep us up to date on all the OTHER events you're involved in, in your community.
Take good care, Screech!!

Good morning all.
Hope you all had a great Day yesterday.
I didn’t to expect to have so much fun at the bridal shower that I attend. Lots of fun with all the games that was played. The food was also good and also the few people that I didn’t see for a while was a treat for me.
Back to regular routine today. It’s raining so be careful everyone it seems as an indoors day.
Have a great day all

hello @flemeth and @danger_dan , so far no rain here.....yet? maybe it is brewing.
One of our ginger cats ( Hamlet ) is having a tooth extracted today, shhhh....he is right next to me here at the desk.
I feel awful having to deceive him like this, I'll be luring him into a small room ( there will be no escape from once I close the door behind us ) in order for him to come to terms with the reality that he MUST get inside that cat carrier.
In the past there has been much exertion, unsuccessful wrangling causing bodily injury to both me and DS ( how can one kitty strike so many scratches? ), but this time I'll be using a tiny bit of catnip sprinkled inside the carrier!!
Wish us luck!
have a great day everyone!!

Hello @danger_dan , hello everyone
Still sort of on track for internet usage. Homework can't be helped, but it's shut down for everything else except this and logging in daily to check on internet usage. Dur. Well, and you people, of courseSee you tomorrow!

Good morning, friends! Fog advisory out this morning. Dangerous for driving.
Good luck, @walkonby with getting Hamlet on board!
I always approached with a big towel and then quickly wrapped it around the neck of the offending feline. Towel then protects you from scratches. Then put crate on side with entry facing up and gently (well, quickly) drop the kitty inside. Sounds awful, I know. Also good for clipping back nails.
Still tired. May have a few more zzzs.
Have a lovely spring day!

A gracious good morning to all! Last night I went to Foodland and bought 9 bars of Kraft cheese and 2 chubs of Noah Martin Summer Sausage, which keeps forever. So my 6th Mega Miles is done, and all my receipt are filed away in case I need them to do battle with AM. I should have posted this in the Mega Miles thread, maybe, but I wanted to point people to Noah Martin's summer sausage, which is the best SS I've ever tasted. Individual taste is so subjective, but I try to always have some on hand because DH loves the stuff as well. In case people have seen it and wondered...consider this to be a plug.
