yup! That was the plan I did for 10 days. Joe Cross method. It was after I watched " Fat, Sick and nearly Dead " a documentary he made that saw me believe and try it. I was astounded at the not missing food part? I have since retired ( Jan 6th ) and am in lazy bones mode, but I fully intend to incorporate another cleanse and get back on track eventually, I know it worked. Best of luck.

oh!! Just read your DH started a juice cleanse! Awesome, tell him good luck from us. My eldest son has juiced for 1 month already! ( he eats his meals too of course, but supplements with the juice for added nutrition, says it is the only way he can be sure to get the veg and fruit in each day) Single guys and their aversion to shop and cook, but he bought his own juicer and loves how simple it is to do. Will you have to hide from your DH for the whole week? ha ha
