Hi! Thank you for the rep, Hon....no hopping allowed now, sigh. Physio now has me trying to take actual walking steps with that leg (and the other one too, of course)...I actually have to practice heel, ball of foot, bend toes! I have to say it in my head as I walk, putting about as much pressure on that foot as a newborn. Who knew a body part could forget how to do a job it's done for over 60 years! Lol!
