The essay? Thanks for offering to help. O.k. get ready to be bored out of your mind. I am supposed to write about a policy break down the policy into the steps - creating the policy, how the policy is enforced, and what are the consequences of not following the policy. I am writing about how I must get the 'flu shot at work, or I could be suspended. Someone is challenging the policy and is now not allowed to come to work at our office. I am seeing if this policy is fair or not. We work with the public, so that is why we have to get stuck in the arm each year. Lol.
