Good evening, @avoncallingu , gosh, that fall was from last Thanksgiving (wasn't it??)...seems that a rotator cuff tear is immediate, so I doubt it. Honestly, we are so blessed to have the doctor we have...one "ouch" and we're off for tests to confirm what he likely knows and tells us beforehand. Because I have fibro, he says it's so easy for someone to just attribute my symptoms to that, but he wants to check off all the other possibilities before sighing and saying, "Well, sorry, it's your fibro."
From pain to weakness and dizzyness it can all be from "that'.

Woke up with an aching lower back, which I do not need, I have enough to deal with. Hoping it eases up quickly.

Social worker will visit this morning. She is a new hire, so I don't know her. I tend to see a SW just once, no need for ongoing.

ha ha !! @Lynn49 ALL good posts! Some days I actually do need to laugh, this drip, drip rainy Spring Season has dripped on my last nerve! I mean not like I was planning on doing anything important out of doors BUT what if I had??
I hope that anyone looking forward to enjoying a beautiful sunny weekend GETS that! We MAY get the gazebo fabric shell placed on the metal skeleton and get the furniture set up......and by " WE " you all know I mean DH and DS! hee hee.
I will just point and tell them things maybe, it is what I am good at!

M-hmm, @walkonby, I did see there was going to be showers coming your way this morning...we started out dull, but this afternoon it got up to +16 and sunny as can be! Our first really good spring day...some guys were wearing shorts for heaven's sake! Haha...funny how everyone comes out of the woodwork on days like this; I remember on our cul-de-sac, it was quite the event, the first few days like this...inevitably someone would put a case of beer at the end of their driveway, lol...all hail spring!

DD and GS should be arriving shortly in the Sault, off visiting her friend and their kids. Their son is only a couple years older than gs, so of course much of the time will be spent playing whatever the "new" popular game is. Should be fun for them.

DH and SIL will be heading to the island tomorrow to open up the trailers, so my GF and I will go out for lunch then shopping...whatever mischief we can find.

I hope the weather clears up for you all down south...it'll be a balmy weekend here!

I forgot I wanted to share this pic. I’ve lost about 80lbs in a year. I kinda get discouraged when I see someone lose 90lbs in 4 months but I can’t focus on others. Because I also gained more muscle and flexibility. I will definitely stick with my ddp yoga 3-4 days a week but also added 3 days a week I do 15-20 mins of dumbbells.

Glad for the weekend, since I have my husband home.

Yesterday, it was a two hour session with the social worker. She was nice and all, a little heavy on the buzzwords and stuff, though. I don't see the need for regular ongoing counselling, and she didn't either, so I am just able to contact her should I need her.
