We have fresher 2% milk that we are currently drinking.
    Thanks.
You can make pudding or pastry cream - one batch uses up 3 cups. Sometimes I make chocolate and vanilla versions and layer them.

Yesterday we went to Montana's, me and mom split a Cesar Salad, Cookhouse platter (4 cheese spinach dip, potato skins, and garlic cheese bread) and an order of deep friend pickles. Never had deep fried pickles before, they were ok but think I would have preferred a tempura style batter instead of bread crumbles.

Tonight's dinner, no idea yet, will post once we figure it out.

You can freeze milk, just so you know that.

We got 1 kg of garlic last week, and I never thought of freezing it after roasting, so thanks for the idea!
Ours is a family recipe and I don't measure when I cook it.

    Finn and Haddi
I start with a chopped onion, cook until browned.
add extra butter, add flour and cook.
    add frozen peas.
Then add as much milk as you want to make the white sauce (I make ours pretty thick).
    add a little pepper.
Then when it is almost done, add canned tuna or salmon (whichever is on hand, or the one you prefer) and cook until heated threw.

I always serve it with fresh baked biscuits.

You can make pancakes or muffins and freeze them for later use-even if the milk you use is sour they are fine.

I made yummy greek salad with no olives. Feta, romaine, cucumber, tomato, and red onions!

I used bottled kraft olive oil dressing. It was so greasy and weird tasting at first no amount of shaking could help. I found the secret is to stick it in the magic bullet for a few seconds to really blend it all together.

Mmm. I hate salads but I think this is going to be a new favorite.
