Since the snow fell forever! we figured the theatre would be empty and it was! ( we got in for seniors again! DH is graying, lol) Then Swiss Chalet coupon 2 can dine for $14.99..hee our cheap date night!

You said it! I was determined to start off right this a.m. by drinking my water ( I make 2 glass jugs of water and add fresh lemon and lime slices, and 1 can coconut water ( no pulp). So far I have been good, but I seem to be craving the carb foods ( all GF, but still carbs) The sedentary thing is what has me gaining weight, since I am off work, no exercise of any kind...good when i go back in March I guess.

She is saved!!! LOL. Had to take the battery out and reset it... apparently it's a common problem with the nexus. I was having a slight panic attack!!

I just love hearing statements in support of gluten free and feeling better. DH is trying so hard to do it for one month, I just know he will feel healthier and have more energy. I have struggled off and on, but I know full well I have less health issues( inflammation) when I do GF.

So far I have been pretty good. DH decided to commit to GF, DF for a month, so that is a biggie! I want him to know how good he will feel, NOT just losing the weight but digestive tract wise, he will be amazed! Good for you on getting back on the wagon!
