Oh thanks for that candid honesty!! Really, I mean I used to think that something was up with their food, otherwise why are the people going back again and again? I am glad you are weaning off it, we all need to be here to support each other. For me I have a time frame of weakness....right after I get home from work. It has happened for almost 2 weeks straight. Today I did not resist, I had those 2 precious squares of Lindt Dark Chocolate!
Right now I am deciding on how to carve the 5 pumpkins I bought, THAT should keep me busy and not eating! lol
