I hear you, sometimes it's the same old same old that really gets me. Especially with not driving and having no vehicle at home during the day- we spend most our days doing the same old thing. If it weren't for my Mom I doubt I would even get a shower most days, lol.

My children both have different dad's and Christian's (oldest DS) Dad at least makes an effort to see him. The little guys Dad hardly makes any effort at all- his loss I say.

Sounds like you're doing something right then I want my boys to feel that way about me, it's hard doing everything on your own! I didn't appreciate my mother until I had kids of my own and I think I've apologized a million times for putting her through so much!!

My little guy is so EASY to get along with- he's a super easy going, happy kid. The oldest, however- well, you know how that story goes! Him and I struggle to have a relationship and I hope being away from me for so long will help him to see that I'm not so bad! lol
