Ugh, that is the worst! And all you can do is wait it out until it passes. Hoping you get some shut eye today. I'd say a nap is in order. Things are good. Both of my oldest are done this years school work so we are taking it easy for a few weeks before we start into next years work. I know, I'm crazy, but I work to hard to let them forget what I taught them over the summer We won't be working too hard, just focusing on reading, math, and handwriting...but keeping these basics when you are in grade 1 and 2 are pretty essential. I'm hoping it makes the rest of the year easier. So all in all, things are good.

Thanks for the hi message. I was greated by this when I returned from riding all over Hamilton on the weekend. I thought of you as I passed over Limeridge Rd at "oh my god its early" on Sunday. I was one of those crazy 4600 cyclists that Hamilton had to put up with on the weekend.
