Have a great time away! I am going to just soak in today's glorious rays, as I know another storm is coming tonight. I actually have felt some relief and that is a step forward!

Oh yes!! I do that in reverse when we visit DS, he gets the samples I order, we visit, I scoop them up and take 'em here! lol Some things he uses, but not much, also got my sis some nice samples too, I think she was so surprised, 3 boxes all came in a short span. I told her did not cost me a thing! Well, I am still in agony with knee pain but my mood/attitude is way better now ( thanks to great advice from MillieH) so I will say " I am having a great moment " and be grateful for that. well mine takes way way too long to grow, so I could never have done it. I find it funny that many women want the opposite of what they were born with naturally, like my DD for instance, she was all ringlets as a toddler, and now if her hair gets wet it curls, but she flat irons it straight! lol

well tbo, I am biased but she is cute as a button with any length! lol, no really I love her with long hair better, so does DH, we are old fashioned that way. However, when she used her flat iron on it after the cut, man did it look sharp!

oh it does make one unmotivated to say the least. At this point I feel I have earned the right, worked too hard for too long, well....that is how I justify it anyway, lol. Have you seen my bunny slippers??

That is true, she was right. It is in fact an opportunity to celebrate whatever it was you shared while your lives touched on this earth. Most times we start out sharing those great stories when someone is gone, then all it takes is for one person to start tearing up, and I lose it. I will do my best.

yes, certain people ( for me it was my SIL) I still just feel a hole in my heart, she was so young (42) leaving a 5 yr old DD and my BIL behind. My Mom is a rock of strength, always has been, but even for strong people, their kids dying before them is their worst nightmare. I am still just waiting for the news of the arrangements for him.

ugh! her birthday was on April 1st? Sorry, I did not know you had lost a sis. Was it a while ago? He is the first of us 6 siblings to pass away, my Mom is 89, just not fair on her health either.
