LAST DAY!!!! ( the count) Oh I know what you mean about the " meat 'n potatoes" guy, that was DH when we were first together, very Neanderthal of him, lol. He is better now, his Dad eats exactly the same way, and he is 84 now!! Take care, I'll post when I can.

you got that right macw1960, ( in reference to " what's left " to eat? lol) I still cannot believe I am making pizza with oatmeal flour and egg whites for the " dough" , then putting on no salt tomato sauce ( flavoured up with fresh herbs, garlic, etc) and layering spinach, mushroom, tomato, peppers, sometimes shrimp or grilled chicken...baking it and it freaking tastes awesome! DD and I cannot understand it?? ( but we love that the food tastes so good otherwise we would quit it) lol Just 2 more blasted days at work and the Count is over!!!

hi macw1960, yeah it is like this. My station is undergoing a volume count for 2 weeks, so I have no energy left when I get home for sc. I do thank you for thinking about me on the Sobey's though. Here is the other thing. Since April 18th I joined DD on the weight loss. The programme means we eat no salt/sugar/fat/dairy/or wheat. So much for my coupons eh? lol!

Is a Sobey's urban fresh the same as a Sobey's grocery store? I have a Sobey's about a 2 min drive away from me. Why?

Hi macw1960, i don't want to mention the reason i went to the Dr because it's VERY embarrassing, eeeewwwwww, many years ago the Dr in Toronto where i used to live also found and removed a pre cancerous polyp, tg we found it when we did, same now, thanks for your kind words, hope your weekend is a great one.

Thanks for your message macw1960, i'm doing much better, had a colonoscopy, they removed 2 polyps, found some things i'd rather not mention here, and found some diverticuli which i hope never rupture or i might have to have a major operation, fingers crossed that never happens>>yep i know what you're thinking right about now, lolol, "why did i even ask", lolol.

I spent the last 2 days preparing to a medical test, i had that test today, had 2 things removed, found 2 other things that stay there for now.
