Thanks for the rep. I emailed the company 3 times because I was working and didn't want to to call from work. No response.
Today I called and their phones are closed for a training session. So I have to call back Monday.
I don't know if a few bucks in coupons will do it for me this time. I was feeding my 3 year old this rice and the metal piece was so sharp it easily would have been a trip to ER.

Oh... sorry, Nancy... I went back to bed to take a nap! I was up at 5 am and was on SC till 7:30 am, and wanted to rest my eyes... Ended up sleeping till now...
