yeah, one of my DH's favourite fish is cod....pan fried in some butter. Plain and simple. The stir fry was for me really but I MADE them all eat it....ha ha They said it was even better than a Chinese buffet!

yeah, I do have the seafood cravings every now and then. At least buying them cooked and frozen from the Supermarket it is a bit cheaper than eating any in a restaurant......by golly they really overcharge for them there! Have a great week!
