haha well....truth be told my first few attempts at rolling those in the bamboo mat were hilarious! Once I cooked the rice wrong, or used the wrong rice I think Once I had prepared the chopped veggie filling and had chopped waaaay too many! ( you need so little ) and I had tried to put way too many items in but they just spill out, but I finally watched enough You Tube videos to work out the bugs. So excited for the V-Day meal I have prepared for DH and I, did up a small clam chowder late last night, it's hidden in the fridge so he does not know yet!
