I'm glad kitty is feeling and acting better

Sad. One of our dogs just died on the long weekend; she had a huge tumour in her belly and we were going to see an oncologist this weekend for her, but my vet said that with that type of tumour, by the time you know about it, it's usually to late to treat

But I've had a few cats with cancer and have had them operated on successfully - at least, it bought them several years. Good luck to your kitty. And neither of you should be embarrased about your bellies

power naps rock! But my biggest worry is how would you wake up? I'd be afraid of dozing right off for longer than allowed. Do you set an alarm?

It has come to this point now for me. If I tune into something and the announcer is saying all kinds of nice things about a star. Boom! I am certain they must have just passed away. So many times I am right. Like the second I flip on a channel and the guy is talking about someones past movies, songs, or showing way old pics, I hold my breath to see what they say next. I am going to nap soon, just cannot keep my eyes open. ttyl

I knew I had to avoid all the stories and such about him or I too would have lost it. I heard about his passing, told DH then stuck my head in the sand like an ostrich till all the news/entertainment shows were done. Some things I hate facing, his passing was one of them. Sounds silly because I never knew the actual person. That theme song ( whistling too) is stuck there though.

oh ...no A/C? Yikes, I would be a puddle of sweat. I really would jump into anything ( painting, cleaning, reno ) when DH and I were maybe 20 yrs younger...but now I talk myself right out of anything that requires me to move. lol!!! I am feeling for you though.
