I support your savvy dinner plans at Costco. Enjoy. OMG! I just read how you had just given away the kids winter stuff. I hate it when husbands are right....lol.

Thank you, Purdee, yes absolutely heartbreaking, no relief from this pain until it decides to soften…I know that time will come, it’s gradual, but it does get easier….

ty for that very sad but totally hilarious bread machine story. We have had one for many years, in the beginning I used it all the time. Often making dough in it and then turning them into our version of Cinnabon! We found the shape of the bread loaves when they bake in the machines annoying and the metal paddle always baked up inside the bottom of the loaf. So we stopped eventually. When I do make yeast bread now it's the fast Jenny Jones way. Her methods are great.

re: Yellow-jackets I also like Christina Ricci ( her character is whacko! lol ) but the seasoned actress in it (Juliette Lewis ) who I've watched for so many years did a great job. Also do you remember when Melanie Lynskey played the weirdo stalker of Charlie Sheen's character in Two and a Half Men? She was so funny back then.

oh my! Peppers are that expensive in your area? I only buy them when they are on sale, and rarely if ever do I buy them at a per pound price. Your girls will love the googly eyed peppers when you do decide to make them!

My heart goes out to you and all parents who have had to navigate b'days and all the other special events for their kids during a pandemic. ((hugs )) I laughed when you said you took photos of only the " good side " of the cake, I do that too when I post photos of my cooked dishes on here.
