In response to your post about the stayfree not being used honestly.I felt really awful when I read that comment.I didn't realise it said "regular price" until after when my SIL pointed it out.I would never intentionally "scam" anyone.Ihope this doesn't come across as sounding angry, I'm not.I just wouldn't want to be known as someone who would intentionally be dishonest.I will be sure to read the coupons more cleary

I appreciate and respect your viewpoint...my local SDM accepts this coupon even on the fullprice Stayfree, it's the supervisor who said they have been told they can accept it so it is possible they got an internal memo giving the okay. In my experience as a store manager this does happen from time to time for specific coupons. I would never try to trick a cashier in to accepting a coupon under a false pretense though, as I think this is dishonest.

I think, because a FPC is equal to a free product, regardless of the store price on that product, the only way to get any additional benefit from the FPC is to earn bonus points. With this week's Sobeys bonus points on the Stouffers, you get the FREE Stouffers with your FPC plus extra points for free groceries. I walked out of Sobeys feeling like I had been paid to take the Stouffers products home!
