Thank you for that "days getting longer" message you posted this morning...when I told my Hubby it was almost Spring, the ol' grinch said, "It's not even winter, yet!" But I sure told him!! The days ARE getting longer=Spring!!

oh I went over in my mind " what the heck did I do? " MY DH thought that us seeing 2 flicks back to back on Sunday might have triggered it, but we did get up and have a short break between them and I never felt uncomfortable, BUT often the pain never comes till the day after. I agree that I was going like a spinning top baking and such, so it could very well have been that too.
It has to stop soon....just has to!

what can I say? It makes me laugh ( when I am not crying! )because I feel like I did nothing to make this injury. Just baffled at what caused it?
But now I realize that my inactivity has probably left me open to injury. If I had been working and slugging mail bags around I'll bet this would never have happened...lol. I am off to bed ( again ) with 2 of my new best friends ( ha ha 2 Robaxacet tablets )

Good morning! Off to the city today for a follow-up
geriatric visit for my dad. Could possibly not go well.
I'm dreading the results of his MRI.
This could all hasten the necessity to get my things
in order. Could be a fateful day.....
