Andit, I am glad Lily is starting to show improvement. Too funny about the jealous Quincy but then that is what keeps me laughing about my guys as well, no one gets any hugs or attention without someone's snout being out of joint. So at least I am walking my guys again and they have really missed trotting along the paths for a full month! The back yard..uh, well I am hoping the " other " people living here will step up and clean up the doggies deposits that are covering most every level of the decks. ( ew!) Just chillin right now, everyone is still asleep, lol

the vet suggested soft doggie steps placed in front of the couches , but they are waaay too pricey and they would be in the way with no guarantee Rufus would even use them? The mats were also suggested, we are searching for cheap ones that maybe will fit the decor of the living room, so far no luck.

I cannot even remember what the product was that she was returning?? Gawd! what a lot of nonsense, getting riled up over that! I do understand being ticked off a bit, BUT discrimination?? hardly. Hey!! I read that you went to see Bryan Adams with Tara!! Oh and yes the cats totally get Rufus chasing them, mainly Hamlet, he is such a tease!! he knows Rufus has back issues and is not supposed to leap off the arm of the couch onto the hard wood floors, but the silly dog falls for it every time Hamlet strolls past within eye-shot. lol

Oh, he's smart !! Thank you. Didn't think about teaching head down on the floor. I'll give it a try. We should have it all down pat within a week.

I've got the paws up, I can't get him to put his head down. I tried offering him something between his legs, then physically gently pushing his head down. With a treat, he'd jump down, with my hand, he'd shake it off.

ha ha ha, Not everyone understands how smart our pets really are, I know when my son tells me about his cat he has the same excitement that we do!!

yikes, his was a swift journey with cancer, so unfair at that age. All the pets are sort of behaving, but you know those laser pointer toys for cats? Well Hamlet is insane with one! He knows whenever we pick it up ( he has bat hearing ) and comes tearing in the room looking for the red dot to chase. Lots of fun. he will climb straight up a wall or couch or stairs to follow it.

J did her best and it was lovely that she introduced people.
The other person should have stayed home and saved everyone the bother of having to acknowledge her.

I was thinking that person would be out of pocket on her own money on legal bills, not on money from anything in the will. Hope your friend claims all funeral expenses to help her own situation.
