Hey Ninna! Greek fries are baged fries (the circle ones or dollar chips) baked then I sprinkle Greek dressing over them and crumbled feta... You can put it back in the oven for a min just to warm the feta. There sooooo good!!! Have a great day!

I posted a couple pics of the sausages in the whats for dinner thread. They were ok, I think I made them a bit too big though so they were a bit chewy. However I'll remember that for next time they need to be a bit smaller then what I did,lol.

Ok, I lied lol. I said I was going to make those sausages next week but I made them this morning to eat tonight. I will let you know how they turned out.

DH loves them, and once I discovered this easy recipe and make ahead rolls of dough to keep in the freezer, that is half the battle. Molasses adds such a fabulous taste eh?

Thanks for the good wishes I certainly need all the help I can get; I freely admit that the whole experience is beyond exhausting. Luckily for me, I'm currently writing my analysis, which puts me near the end of my journey. I have four analytic chapters; three are drafted and in the process of revision (due to the advisor by COB Friday). That won't be too much of a strech. The fourth is due on or before March 1. It's a bit trickier as it's not fully drafted and I want to incorporate some Foucauldian analyses that make my mind spin in my weaker moments :s

I'm writing about older (age 50+) marginalized and homeless women and their experiences of identity and community life. It's super interesting, but often leaves me mentally and emotionally exhausted at the end of the day.
