I think I am just used to waking up this early because of 36 yrs of it for work?? ( old habits die hard! ) As far as those poor lifeguards go, my heart actually aches for them being on that shift, they do look exhausted and they all look SOOOO young to me....like babies! ha ha

DH wants to come with me JUST to see what all the hullabaloo is about ( since he is off work this week ) as I keep going on and on about how gorgeous it is there. However, talk is cheap! We'll see how easy it is to get himself out of bed at 4:30 tomorrow.

hee hee, well I may have the new world's record for MOST relaxed lady in the pool! Two days in a row I had an entire 50 metre lane all to myself!! A gal could get spoiled by that!

it is frustrating to have filled out the survey 2 times, got 17 the first time, then only 14 2nd time ( gave same answers too ) both times did not get to finish the last step after selecting all the samples the page went to " technical difficulties " .....seems sort of silly now to get these.

I wanna scream!! I was so disappointed NOT to get that offer at first but then I read on a thread somewhere that they increased the amount of Optimum points you need to have to do the switch up to 95,000!!! I have just slightly over 38,000 and that took me forever to build up, so I am not holding my breath now. Hope you can transfer your points over and make a massive switch-er-roo to PC Points!! Congrats!!

the Reebok t shrts I cannot remember what cereal it was ( General Mills brands? ) but the shirts were so slippery, the slinky kind and they had white, navy, red, blue. We all got some here. I never buy Vector so I know it wasn't that. Such a lazy time here now, and soon I must change out of my comfy pj's to get DD at work....waaaahhh! I don't wanna!!

the t shirts were a bit different eh? Not as great pricing for the cereal AND the shirt quality was a tad cheaper than what I had hoped for. Did you ever get any of those ReeBok T-shirts? Those were very nice quality ( shiny/slippery type )

remember when the cereal was $1.99 AND we also had coupons that made them free?? ( we see less and less of those deals now ) but THAT was why I kept going back and getting more. In fact I don't even eat the stuff, it was for the gang here to eat up and it took a while. We knew the towels were a joke " quality wise " but it was the fun of ordering some of each thing ( Pillsbury Dough boy, Honey Bunches? I forget the others now )

oh too funny! I MUST admit I do feel way better about myself. Is that shameful? There are days I want to scream from the rooftops about dropping 30 lbs but then I stop and say " why on earth did you ever gain double that amount in the first place?? " My own worst critic is seems.

oh they are like eating watermelon! they are sweet, crisp and firm! My DH is a Gala Loyal person but Gala's are inching upwards sometimes as high as $1.79 /lb! who would pay that? Not I ....anyways I say take your Metro flyer to any store that PM's and get their Red Prince apples, BUT just know some stores are now selling them in 2-3 lb bags, so you'd have to find a store that sells them loose like Metro. Oh and also I agree, everything else at Metro is crazy high price ( like Sobey's , Loblaws, etc ) I ducked in and out to get the apples. lol

I bought my Red Prince Apples from Metro, .88/lb is awesome, especially for Metro! When you said you cannot PM for them do you mean you have no Metro? or no stores that PM?

tee hee....I bought 8 bottles!! and my sis is giving us 2 of the 4 she bought. Now they are NOT for me to enjoy you know, ( WW and all my hard work would be undone in an instant! ) but I have a family that is crazy for my homemade pancakes, waffles etc, and I just cannot give them inferior fake syrup. The last time I scored umpteen bottles it was at RCSS with either an in-store or my personal PC 1,000 points per bottle AND the $5.99 sale! I think I must have gotten 20 bottles then.....maybe? I see this time they made it a 3 day sale though.
